Even the most mentally challenged child will turn out well if there is good parenting throughout his or her life. And then sometimes, in spite of all the good efforts, some people turn to evil – it is in the very fiber of our genetic makeup.

Yes, I totally agree. We can NOT blame the horrible event on an illness or a diagnosis. Thanks.
